Quantitative Research

Allow the measurement of variables (opinions, reactions, sensations, habits, attitudes, etc.) concerning a given target, through a representative sample.

CATI

Telephone interviews (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews), to the end user or to B2B segments, based on a specific software or directly over the Web. The client may listen to the interviews in real time.

F2F

Direct and personal interviews following an approach/selection by means of Street Intercept, In Home or Random Route, the latter allowing for a random selection of the sample.

Hall Test & Home Usage Test

Ideal to test products or concepts. May take place at a Central Location (Hall Test) or at the participant’s home (HUT).

Online

Allow for the viewing and interaction (e.g. shopping simulation) with the product and/or service.

Mystery Shopper

A common tool used to measure service quality or to gather specific information on products / services / structures.

Shopping

Price or product/service characteristics survey carried out directly at the point-of-sale.

Traffic Control

Counting of people and vehicles / traffic at large, usually complemented with origin/destination inquiries. Used mainly before any infrastructure building or remodelling, this method is also used for other diversified purposes, such as preliminary studies regarding road construction, implementation of waiting line management systems, or the definition of individual/team goals.
