Qualitative Studies
Their main purpose is to gather insights which allow for a qualitative understanding of the underlying behaviour, attitude and thought drivers.
Focus Group
Group discussion with consumers or professional groups with specific characteristics to each project. The ideal group size varies between 4 and 9 participants (mini focus group or regular focus group).
In order to allow for a closer follow-up by the client, CEMASE provides a viewing room and simultaneous interpreting services.
Depth interviews
In-depth, semi-structured face-to-face, telephone or over-the-Web interviews that may take place in our facilities our elsewhere – at the respondent’s home, in shopping centres (shop along), or in other relevant sites to the project.
Ethnographic Researchs
The gathering of information is based on the research object observation. This methodology overcomes the difficulties inherent to the daily routines and tacit ways of working, facilitating the understanding of interiorized habits and the perception of attitudes and emotions. Photography and video, shop along, in-home visits, etc. are commonly used in ethnographic research.
